Three ways to cancel
In the member area
Fastest path: cancel directly in your account after login. Confirmation arrives immediately by email.
By email to customer service
Informal email with name, registered address / member number, and cancellation request.
By post to the official address
Classical written cancellation — recommended via registered mail for your own evidence.

If an individual case ever stalls — for example because an email doesn't arrive or a confirmation is delayed — additionally write to contact@michael-jakob.com. We forward the case with priority.
